Hospital care, arranged for the patient's home.
Home Visit is the platform the Home Health Care department of Saudi German Hospital – Jeddah uses to arrange home visits and nursing shifts, and to make sure every visit is attended, signed for and paid correctly.
Saudi German Hospital – Jeddah
Saudi German Hospital Jeddah was the first Saudi German Health hospital to open in the Kingdom. It began operating in 1988 as a multi-specialty tertiary care hospital and is located on Batterjee Street in Al-Zahra District, Jeddah.
The hospital is part of the Saudi German Health group, whose hospitals are members of the Mayo Clinic Care Network.
Home health care
The hospital's Home Health Care department brings hospital-grade care to patients at home: doctor home visits, nursing and wound care, physiotherapy and rehabilitation, respiratory therapy, and nursing shifts of 6, 12 or 24 hours.
For patients and families
- Each visit is assigned to a licensed clinician of the right profession.
- The patient or a relative signs on the provider's phone when the visit is complete.
For healthcare providers
- Nurses, physicians, therapists and drivers receive visit offers by app notification and WhatsApp.
- They accept the visits they can attend, record arrival and completion, and see their monthly incentive.
For the department
- Coordinators post visits and monthly shift rosters and follow each visit live.
- Monthly attendance and incentive reports go to HR for payroll.
